Remember Who You Are

I am writing you this letter with a simple but profound intention. A gift of wisdom was recently given to me, and I want to share the same gift with you.

The treasure of its truth is one you may have discovered before, but it’s one that is easily forgotten.

The joy, peace, fulfillment, love, and creativity that arise from our remembrance of it are accessible to us at all times, and yet, so often, we go days, weeks, and months without it.
I was having one such hard time recently and getting carried away by the ups and downs of life. I was in a fragile place as I looked out into my reality and saw that my innermost desires were not manifested. I was feeling the passage of time going so quickly and the pressure of a constant cloud of “where I should be and what I should be doing’” hanging over me. I was in a state of helplessness and disconnected from the Divine source that has always provided for me.
And then, in a moment of silence, on a quiet Sunday morning as I lay in bed, I heard the birds singing outside my window, and their melody went straight to my heart. In an instant, the veil of illusion I’d been looking through was lifted, and my heart spoke to remind me:
All is well. There is only this moment right here and now. Breathe in deeply and return to your connection to the fullness and abundance that is only truly available in the present. Allow the burden you’ve been carrying to be lifted as you remember who you are. Remember that you are accounted for, that you always have been. Remember all that you have to be grateful for in life. You are truly blessed.
Have patience. Your dreams are unfolding in perfect time. Remember that, at all times and in all circumstances, your life is in the hands of the Divine. Do not doubt. Do not fear. Listen. Trust and open yourself to receive the answers to your prayers. Listen. You are being guided and supported in everything you do.
All is well.
Remember who you are.

And once again, my soul was restored, and I was filled with a deep sense of peace as I returned to my state of oneness and connection with all that is.

Since then, I have fallen and forgotten many times. And every time, by the gift of Grace, through the voice of a friend or a timely sign, I am gently reminded of the truth:
All is well. There is only this moment. Breathe deeply and return to the present. Remember who you are. Your joy, your fulfillment, your creativity, and all the love that you seek are here now. All you need is within you in abundant measure. You are a child of the Divine’s. You were created to thrive. You have always been and will always be provided for. As you remember this truth, you will be open to receive all the blessings that are flowing to you and through you in this moment. Remember who you are.
Perhaps today, you are feeling disconnected from this truth. Perhaps you have been for some time, and life has been a struggle.
Allow me to be a friendly messenger that is here to remind you:
All is well, my beloved. You are accounted for, and you are being provided for in abundant measure. Breathe deeply and slowly. Return to this moment, and you will see that all that your heart desires is here for you and lives within you. You are one with the Divine, and your prayers are always being heard. Listen, and you will hear that they are always being answered beyond your wildest imaginings. Listen, and you will hear that you are being guided at every step. Trust in the perfect timing of your life’s unfolding. Remember that yesterday and tomorrow are not real. Only this moment is real. In this moment, life is perfect. You are perfect.
Remember who you are.
