FADAMA, ADB dole out N92m relief materials to victims in Kwara
The Kwara Fadama Development Office Ilorin, and the African Development Bank have released relief materials worth N92m to flood victims in the state, the state project coordinator, the National Project Coordinator, FADAMA III project, Mr. Tayo Adewumi has said. The Kwara State Project Coordinator, Alhaji Usman Akanbi, in a statement on 燭hursday said Adewumi made the disclosure during the flag-off of the distribution of ADB inputs and equipment under the flood disaster relief support in Ilorin.
Adewumi, who was represented by Senior Monitoring Evaluation Specialist, FADAMA, 燤r. Peter Ajibaye said 爐hat other states affected and considered for this relief benefits include; Borno, Jigawa, Katsina andPlateau states. He said that over N400m worth of inputs and equipment had been approved by ADB for the states.
